1. COURSE:
The surface is mainly grass, and short spikes are recommended.
Boys
and girls run the same course. Please
consult map available online.
2. ENTRY

3. NOVICE RACE:
Unlimited number of competitors but only freshmen and
sophomores
are eligible for this race. (Boys only)
J.V. RACE: Unlimited number of competitors
from each school, any grade,
but
must have at least a 5‑member varsity team.
VARSITY RACE: Seven runners or less from
each school.
4. COMPETITOR NUMBERS: All competitors will receive
a pre-assigned number on
the
day of the race. Please be sure to list
all eligible competitors.
5. AWARDS: (Presented at conclusion of the
competition)
