Place: Rose Tree County Park (Rt. 252 - Providence Road, Media)

Eligible: Boys and Girls from all Delaware County High Schools

Entry Fee: Boys Team $45.00 per School or $5.00 per individual (whichever is less)

Girls Team $45.00 per School or $5.00 per individual (whichever is less)

1. COURSE: The surface is mainly grass, and short spikes are recommended.

Boys and girls run the same course. Please consult map available online.

2. ENTRY DEADLINE: Entries must be E-Mailed by September 21, 2009.

Please list all competitors and grade. Any format is acceptable.

3. NOVICE RACE: Unlimited number of competitors but only freshmen and

sophomores are eligible for this race. (Boys only)

J.V. RACE: Unlimited number of competitors from each school, any grade,

but must have at least a 5-member varsity team.

VARSITY RACE: Seven runners or less from each school.

4. COMPETITOR NUMBERS: All competitors will receive a preassigned number on

the day of the race. Please be sure to list all eligible competitors.

5. AWARDS: (Presented at conclusion of the competition)

6. The 2010 Championship meet will be held Saturday October 9, 2010 at the same location.
